An Inland Valley Resident since 1989, Angie has been with the Prudential California Realty Victoria Gardens office since it opened in 2005. Prior to that, Angie was at the Prudential California Realty office in Ontario, California.
In 2006, Angie was the top listing and/or sales agent of the month in the Victoria Gardens office on three separate occasions. She was honored at a March, 2007 ceremony for being amongst the top ten producing agents in the Victoria Gardens Office for the year 2006, and ranked amongst the top 15 agents in 2007.
Prior to entering residential real estate full time, Angie spent almost six years in the apartment side of the business. Early in her career, Angie was blessed with the opportunity to help grow a start-up organization with a vision of renovating apartments nationwide to preserve affordable housing.
During this time, Angie developed significant experience and relationships with key real estate and finance professionals nationwide. She was involved in shaping key housing policy issues and debate at the federal, state and local level, and has testified before the United States Congress.
Angie was instrumental in procuring more than $75 million in public and private capital to fund the organization's acquisition, rehabilitation and ultimately, preservation of apartments nationwide.
At the time Angie left the community development field, the organization's portfolio had grown from zero to more than 4,000 units, housing well over 10,000 people in eight states.
Angie remains active in real estate industry organizations including the Legislative and Government Relations Committee of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors. She attended the University of Redlands for undergraduate studies, University of LaVerne College of Law (J.D. Pending), and holds several professional designations and certifications.
